Function and features
The pistachio processing line Model TFKXG-300 is a patent of Qiaopai Group and special for pistachio processing. This processing line includes grading unit, dehulling unit, separating unit and electric control cabinet. It can size the material into 5 grades, then dehull for each grade individually and then remove shells and separate. Un-hulled seeds can be fed automatically for next round shelling. It features of little broken rate and thoroughly separation of shells. All the processes are automatically fulfilled by just pressing a few buttons. The maintenance is quite easy as well as the operation.
