FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

Our suction type gravity destoner Model QSJ-1250 can be mainly used to sort out the heavy debris with similar size and weight properties inside the paddy rice, wheat, barley, rapeseeds, beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, minor grain crops and oil-bearing crops, and also suitable for the charcoal, tea and even chemical industry. This destoner is widely used at grains depots, rice processing factories, flour milling factories, oil crushing factories, foodstuff factories, animal feed factories etc. and it is the optimum facility for modern grain processing enterprise.

The working principle of the destoner is to separate the heavy debris with similar size and weight properties out of the grains according to different suspension velocity in-between the grains and the heavy debris, and meanwhile with the assistance of the upward flow air current through the interspaces in between the grain particles. As a result, the heavy debris is at the bottom of the screen, and with incline-oriented movement toward to the stones outlet, and the grains floated on the surface of the screen will roll down to the grain outlet under its own gravity, thus the heavy debris is separated properly.

COMPONENT

It consists of destoner, cyclone(destoning pipelines), blower and dust collector.
