The structure for oil extractor
The oil extractor consist of 5 parts including hopper,gearbox,press case,pressing screw,machine body.
Working principle for oil extractor
When oil extractor is operating,prepared material enters the chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed.Under the high-pressure condition in the chamber,friction between material and screw,between material and chamber will be created,which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles.On the other hand,root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one end to the other.Hence,when rotating,it not only pushes particles moving forwards but turns them outwards as well.Meanwhile,particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw's rotating,causing every particle inside the chamber to posses different speed.Therefore,relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property,damage colloid,increase plasticity,decrease oil's elasticity,resulting in high oil productivity.

1. High oil yield(the rate of the outlet oil >93%),residual oil of the Cake is less,crude oil is clearer.
2.The oil expeller ’s material is better, the accssories are wear resistance and long service life after quenching conditioning treatment.

If you have to get high quality oil,you have to attention these steps as below:
1.have to remove the seeds shell first.
2.clean the seeds first.
3.like soybean,peanut,walnut,coconut etc,they have to be crushed or grinded into small sizes then pressing oil.
4.need to roaste the seeds first,because these process will decide the oil extract rate,it is the important step.
5.filter or refine the crude oil will be better.

---20~30 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder. - If I don't know how to operate this machine? how can I do?
----Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make
2~4 hours wear-in and then can work. - What's wear-in for new machine?
---- use 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as mm. - What are cold press and hot press?
----Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
----Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. Usually only press 1 time to get maximum oil. peanuts roast
to 125~130 degree with 1~2% moisture. (We produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.)
