1.Drying Machine

The Characteristics

1.The raw material:rice husk,sawdust ,shavings, particle such as branches,wood chips which after crushing(The diameter under 3mm,length under 5mm)

2.Working Capacity:When the airflow is 180℃,put the sawdust or rice husk which has thehumidity 35% ,then dry to 10%.The temperature of airflow can not be lower then 180℃,and can reach to 300℃.

3.The fuel of this machine can be firewood,coal,gas heating or electric.

4.The finished product can be used for wood sawdust briquette,wood pellet.

2.Wood Pellet Machine

Characteristics:

1.The raw material can be powder of straw,cotton husk,bean straw,waste wood,wood chips.If you want to make pellet ,the humidity should be 18%-25%,if the humidity is higher than this level ,then the user should dry it at first.

2.The finished product can be used as fuel ,or feed pellet for pets.

3.Packing Machine

Characteristics:

1.The material can be particles,such as wood pellet,salt,dog food,grain.

2.The machine can weigh the material at first,the packing range can be adjusted in the machine.then the material put into bags.The machine also equipped with a heat sealing machine ,so you can seal the bag at the same time.
