Machine can produce many kinds of noodles ,especially for ramen noodle.

Machine structure and working principle:

Whole machine’s working parts: kneading dough, puting dough, forcing ,moulding and stretching .

Put the dough into box , the screw propeller will push the dough to separator, will get

the noodle through the moulds after rolling.

Specification :

Lubrication system:

1. Keep good lubrication of the transmission parts, the outside machine body of the gear will be always refilled lubrication.

2. Every parts of the bearing need to be filled with lubricating grease and maintenance every

month .

3. The 21205 pressure bearing in bottom of screw propeller should to be filled with grease daily.

4. Please change the oil in box reducer every three months.

Electrical system:

Electrical parts directly starts by the host single-phase switch , the exhaust system is started by single phase switch directly.Equipped with power

wires and the voltmeter.

Machine installation, adjustment and operation:

1. Before the installation, clean the food parts and put oil, etc.

2. Send beaked key (1 unit) for installing , clear dough shovel (1 pc), oil gun ( 1unit) , and need to prepare wrench and screwdriver, etc.

3. The test run:

Earth wire connected to the power supply box, prevent to get an electric shock accident, open the machine and idling. Judge the machine direction is the correct , based on the rotation direction sign of screw propeller. Pls notice that the reverse direction is forbidden.

4. Before idling operation, the propekker should be the end . Don’t make the propeller and dough parts connecting, to prevent part wearing.

5. Cut the dough into strip, put the strip into box, check whether forming noodles and noodles are smooth and fever, check whether the forming mould is tighten.
